Order of October 11th, 2016 updating the modified order of October 19th, 1999 set the airport capacity of Paris Orly :
Terminal constraints :
For the usage of the terminals of Paris-Orly, the coordinator take into account the traffic handling capacity in each terminal. This represents the maximal departing passenger flown per 20 and 120 minutes mentioned in the above table.
In order to do this, the coordinator evaluate the impact of each allocated slot per 20 minutes and 120 minutes concerned by the maximum flows, on the basis of the considered aircraft and on the average passenger load factor.
In cases where the allocation of a slot would lead to exceeding one or both maximum flows, the coordinator, in relation to ADP Group, shall request the cooperation of the air carrier concerned in order modify the time requested insofar as possible.
